- What's the difference between Flowrida and my telephony?
- Telephony makes the calls. Flowrida steers everything around them: call analytics, your reps' performance, coaching and compensation. It sits on top of your telephony (like Skipcall) and complements it, it doesn't replace it.
- Is billing per user?
- Yes, each plan is billed per seat, per month. You add or remove seats to match your team size.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. The monthly plan is commitment-free. On annual, you get two months free over the current year.
- Is my data secure?
- Security and GDPR compliance are at the core of the product, on EVERY plan: SOC 2, ISO 27001, encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access control, team partitioning, audit trails and EU hosting. The Enterprise plan adds SSO / SAML.
- Does Flowrida integrate with Skipcall and my CRM?
- Flowrida is designed to plug into your telephony (like Skipcall) and consolidate call activity with your leads and meetings. The Enterprise API opens exchange with your other tools.
- Do I have to change my telephony tool?
- No. Flowrida plugs into your existing telephony (like Skipcall) to leverage its call data. Your reps keep calling as usual, you gain the steering on top.
